Return Policy

All products sold in this store are consumables and personal items for private use.
In order to protect the interests of you and other consumers, we will not be able to return or exchange purchased sex toys except for obvious defects of the products.
We cannot return or exchange the items if they are damaged due to personal reasons of the buyer.

What if the items have obvious defects?
If you find an item with obvious defects within 14 days of purchase, such as obvious cracks, no response, and no vibration, please take photos or videos and send them to us in time. We will verify it. If it is confirmed to be a product defect, we will return or exchange it.
To meet the return conditions, your item must include all original items, parts and packaging, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.

We will complete the return process through the following steps:
Obvious product defects
Contact customer service
Customer provides pictures or video evidence
We will conduct a confirmation review
Customer service contacts the customer to confirm whether the product can be returned
Customer sends the product back (with complete spare parts packaging)
We confirm the returned product received
